This large locally listed period property was totally refurbished.

The internal areas of the building were adapted for modern family living with numerous structural alterations. The internal faces of all the external walls were insulated and cornices and mouldings replicated to ensure that none of the period detail was lost.

 The new mechanical and electrical system combines both solar power and geothermal ground source heating

 The roof was strengthened and recovered. New double glazed replica windows were manufactured to ensure that the modified building was both thermally efficient and as ecologically sustainable as possible.
