SPR Construction Ltd has been operating principally in the West London Area in excess of 25 years.
Our work is focused within the residential market where projects include some new builds, extensions, loft conversions and basements, and very often the full refurbishment of a property.
The directors of the company are Greg Scott and Simon Branscombe. Simon is the principal project director for all operations.
We tend to take on no more than two major projects at the same time to ensure that ongoing contracts are properly scheduled and organised with our full time staff undertaking the main construction elements of the work.
Each project has a dedicated supervisor available at all times.
Our sub-contractors generally have a long standing relationship with the company, and we have direct access to joinery workshops and other specialists to offer a bespoke design for any aspect of a project.
We are able to arrange an entire project from conception to completion, introducing Architects, Engineers and Designers, along with other possible consultants, such as Party wall Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Garden and landscape designers.
Alternatively we are happy to work with consultants selected and introduced by clients.
